Return & Refund Policy

Communication and Refunds

We strive to keep our customers well-informed throughout the order lifecycle. In case any part of your order is canceled or if we require additional information to proceed, we will promptly notify you.

If we are unable to process your order within 14 working days, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source and typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines. If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

Returns Due to Transit Damage

We accept product returns only in the case of damage during transit, and only upon confirmation from our customer support team. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only if supported with clear photos and/or an unboxing video as evidence of damage.

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, and you wish to cancel it, we will initiate a full refund with no deductions.

Post-Processing Cancellations & RTO Returns

Once an order has been processed and left our warehouse, cancellations or refusals will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases, a ₹50 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges.

We highly discourage cancellations after order processing, as this disrupts fulfillment and logistics flow.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges (if any) will be clearly specified at checkout. If a COD order is refused at delivery, we reserve the right to disable COD payment options for future purchases associated with your account.
