Order Processing Time

All online orders with a final cart value of ₹250 and above are eligible for processing. We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days, depending on your location and order volume. Please note that Day 1 refers to the business day after placing the order.

During peak sale seasons or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such high-demand times.

Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, our trusted logistics partners (DTDC, Bluedart, or Delhivery) will pick up your package from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery timeline: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifting

  • Attractive discounts are offered for qualifying bulk orders.

  • Full payment is required before processing.

  • Bulk orders typically require up to 7 working days for processing.

Freebies & Coupons

You may be eligible to receive freebies or discount coupons based on your order value, promotional campaigns, or specific products.
Please note:

  • Freebies and coupons cannot be combined.

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Order Modifications

After your order is placed, we can assist in modifying your shipping address or contact number before dispatch. However, changes to the products in your order are not permitted after confirmation.

During sale periods, we do not provide refunds unless there is a verified discrepancy or damage.

Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email [email protected] or call/WhatsApp us at +91-8072879591 within 24 hours of placing the order, stating your reason.

  • If the order is not yet processed, cancellation is possible with a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • If you no longer wish to receive your parcel, you may refuse delivery. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct shipping and return charges from your refund.

  • If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and later choose to cancel it after dispatch, or refuse delivery at the time of arrival, we reserve the right to limit future COD orders on your account. Repeated refusals may result in restriction of COD as a payment option for future purchases.

In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or technical issues. In such instances, you will be notified and a full refund will be initiated.

Delivery Concerns & Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure efficient resolution in the event of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video of your order upon delivery. This helps our team verify and resolve issues promptly.

If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

Allergy Disclaimer

We recommend all customers to conduct a patch test and carefully review the ingredient list for any known allergens.
Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds due to allergies, skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or color variations.
